Exuberant is exactly that—a glorious abundance of color, texture and light. Sunflowers tumble across the frame, some fresh, some fading, petals going every which way. Against the deep black bowl and unexpected glimpses of blue and pattern, all that gold and orange seems to glow.
I photographed this the way I experience flowers—not as something perfectly arranged, but as color, shape, light and a little bit of beautiful chaos.
